Silambam Houston's Cultural Arts Center is the home base for the Arts Academy, company rehearsals, and the Abhyasa performance platform. As facility manager, I keep that space running smoothly so classes, rehearsals, and shows can happen without a hitch.

• Coordinate studio scheduling and room turnover across daily classes in Bharatanatyam, Carnatic music, Kathak, and other disciplines.
• Oversee maintenance, setup, and breakdown for rehearsals, student showcases like Pragati Maarga, and Abhyasa recitals.
• Support company production load-in and tech prep ahead of performances at the center and at outside venues.
• Keep shared spaces — dressing rooms, lobby, and backstage areas — organized and ready for students, faculty, and visiting artists.
