Director of Operations

I'm a Silambam alumnus whose journey with Silambam Houston spans over 17 years — as a student, Company dancer, instructor, stage technician, administrative intern, and facility manager. As Director of Operations, I bring a blend of technical expertise, business strategy, and artistic dedication to the organization's day-to-day growth.

• Lead organizational workflows so classes, rehearsals, productions, and administration stay coordinated across the Cultural Arts Center.
• Oversee facility management and the operational backbone that keeps the Academy and Company running.
• Support the Arts Academy and Arts Apprenticeship programs so students and emerging artists have reliable systems behind the art.
• Apply systems automation and a computer science background to strengthen Silambam's operational infrastructure for the next generation of classical arts.
